Access denied problem

Here is a sanitized copy of the compiler warning:

H:\xxx\xxxLib\obj\Debug\xxxLib.pdb: The file
'H:\xxx\xxxLib\obj\Debug\xxxLib.pdb' cannot be copied to the run directory.
Access is denied.

Can anyone explain what is happening?
