Access denied opening jpg's in Outlook 2003

Hi,

Trying to open jpg attachments in Outlook 2003, and im getting an error
saying Access Denied. If i choose Save rather than Open at the prompt then i
can save attachments and then open them, but i cant open them direct.

I cant find any mention that jpg's are on the list of blocked files, and i
can certainly do the same thing from another outlook 2003 machine so it
doesnt seem to be the default way of doing it.

Any ideas how to fix this ?

Thanks for the advice. Just tried that and it still comes up saying access
denied.

Any other things i can try ?
