I was loading sp1 onto my system, and it warned me if I
allowed it to make certain changes it would conflict with
current software so I told it no. I then got the "blue
screen of death" and it refused to boot into XP. I
reloaded XP over the old install in c;| and got all
access back... except for my favorites, etc. When I go
to documents and settings to get info out of my old user
favorites file it keeps saying access denied. When I try
to move, copy it I get the file is in use box and it
won't move. I need to recover my old settings, any ideas?
Thanks
