Access Denied for My Document Folders

For some reason one of my computers will not let another
computer access the "Windows" folders in My Documents
e.g. My Pictures, My Music. I get a message that
states ..\My Pictures is not accessbile. ...you may need
to contact your system adminstrator... access is
denied. I am able to access folders that I created
within my documents. Using Windows XP Pro.

Any clues?
