"access denied" error in postscript file

A batch file to run Oracle developer 6i to generate some
postscript files on a winNT 4.0 server environment. This
batch also run some BMAWK.exe command to further format
the postscript files. Occassionally the postscript files
generated has got "access denied" error embedded. However,
this cannot be simulated if we run the same batch again on
the same machine. Is it related to OS problem?

At one of our clients they are also running NT4.0 and occasionally one of my
Access applications has a problem with accessing a text file.
The system administrator have not been able to figure out why, all
applicable service packs and updates have been applied.

BTW, this NG is for Microsoft Access Reports, you might have better luck
posting on an Oracle NG, or a Widows NT NG (Look for Windowsnt.---)
