Access Database without any corruption ?

Do i have Database without any corruption ?
Access 2003 SP3
? CompactRepair( "MyData.mdb","MyData_new.mdb",true)
Log file (MyData_new.log)....corruption is there !!!
Modules Container: 'DirDataCopy' stream has a length of zero!
Modules Container: 'PropDataCopy' stream has a length of zero!

...after Decompile, What does it means ? (Compile error ?)
this large database(of code) i have changed to 6 small databases,
but they are WITHOUT ANY CORRUPTION (none log files created)...
