Does Microsoft have any articles on the Limitations of
Access 2002. Recomended number of concurrent users?
Recomended maximum table size in number of rows?
 
No.

The number of concurrent users depends on a number of factors, such as how
many are updating vs. how many are just reading, how good the LAN is and how
well designed the application is.

Access doesn't really care about number of rows: it's just the overall size
of the database that matter, but, again, how well designed it is impacts
when it'll start bogging down.
