Access database custom program HELP!

I have a custom database that hides the menu's and tables. I hit ctrl F11 to
see the tables but how do I get to the startup dialog to turn on the normal
menu. I need to make design changes to some forms and add some fields etc
etc

Depending on how the developer set the application up to hide the menus and
tables, holding the shift key down while you're opening the application may
bypass his/her code.
