Access Creating a PDF.. can it create Tabs too

Hello.

We have an Access process that creates a PDF. The users are then
having to manually add tabs for every section of the PDF. I'm no
Access person, but is there any reason that Access process could not
have done that?

I just want know before we go and contract an Access Developer for the
job.

Ah, your talking about inserting indexing in the document. With Adobe
Acrobat or another 3rd party application you could send the commands with
VBA to build those. As I said you need to provide more info. Using an
Access process doesn't really tell how you are doing it. Are you using
print to pdf (doesn't create indexes) or a 3rd party program (may provide
the ability). More specific question with details of how you are doing it
will provide you with more specific answers as to how to get there.
