access-create invoice-enter part and rest of fields will populate

How can I make a form where I can create an invoice or other document by
entering a part number and have the price and description fields (possibley
others) automatically populate with the info from the underlying table?
 
Take a look at the Northwind sample database that ships with Access and see
how the "orders" works.
