Hello--Can anyone tell me how to access "compressed old
files" in the list of files after you do a disk cleanup?
Where are they located exactly? And do you need WinZip to
open them? Im running Windows XP Home Edition- ThankYou
in Advance-Deano

They don't move, they are where you left them, just smaller. You don't need to even think about if they are compressed or not. Other compression things are different.

Thankyou David for your reply. But I still need to know if
it is possible to access these compressed old files. If so
just exactly how do you do it?Thanx again,Deano

Exactly the same way you did before they were compressed. I said you don't need to even think about if its compressed or not. A compressed file will have it's name in blue rather than black. To you that's the only difference - the colour of the icon label.
