Access Check box criteria for query????

I need help.... I can't seem to get access to see the
diference between a checked box and an unchecked box (on
my form) when running a query. What do I put in the
criteria field of the query in design view? I'm
desperate and I need help!!! PLEASE!!!!
 
Within query design, you can use the criteria True and
False to find out whether the check box has been ticked
(true) or left empty (false).
