Access Automation Help

I need Access to Excel automation help. I have created automation code to
populate a spreadsheet template that is pre-formated with information. The
problem is I need to not only populate the spreadsheet, but also email the
saved spreadsheet programatically. Is this possible and if so how, or where
can I go for help. I have poured through my books with no luck.

Thank you Alex. I forgot to mention the key problem is that I am using Lotus
Notes. Are you familiar with Lotus Notes?
