Access and Word - Command button

I have a Database which staff can open and view and update records. I want
to add a command button to the form and if they click the command button, i
want certain fields of the current record to be transferred into a word
document (mail merge).

How do i do this? I have never used Visual Basic but could have a go if i
knew what code etc to use?
