Access ADE vs SQL Server 2005

Hi

Anyone out there had bad experiences with SQL Server 2005 and Access
2002/2003 ADE's?

Look forward to hearing your comments, as I have been asked to deploy our
shrink-wrapped ADE on a SQL Server 2005 backend....

My understanding is that they don't work with SQL Server 2005. I believe
they can use the data and objects, but cannot be used to manage (maintain)
those objects like you could with SQL Server 2000.
