Access 97 spell checker not installed

When a command button is created and can't start the spelling checker because
it isn't installed and an Event Procedure activated with "DoCmd.RunCommand
acCmdSpelling", I get the following message: Database can't start the
spelling checker because it is not installed". What needs to be done please?

Do you have MS Office installed?
