Access 97 mdb Repair tool

In need of a tool to repair an mdb file that has become unrecognizable by
Access. Compact/Repair process does not do the trick and a blank face is
all I can muster. Any direction is greatly appreciated.

There is a Jetcomp tool from Microsoft's website at
http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/q172/7/33.asp

Be aware that Access 97 uses Jet 3.5, (Access 2000 and above uses Jet 4.0)

Also there is a newsgroup specifically for MS Access at
comp.databases.ms-access

There is a tool called Advanced Access Repair. I have used it to repair many corrupt Access MDB files on my damaged disks successfully. Its homepage is http://www.datanumen.com/aar/
