Access 97 ? get form to open to an empty form, for data entry

I want to have a form in ACCESS 97 open to a new empty form for immediate
data entry. Instead of it opening to the last (or first) record.
 
as an alternative, you can also go to form properties and the data tab..then
set data Entry to yes..

the downside of that is that the form will always be Data Entry..
