Access 2007 won't let me save a query

When I create a new query in Access and go to save it I get the error "You do
not have the necessary permissions to use the 'MSysTables' object."
 
Create a new (blank) database.

Then import all the objects from your old database into the new one.
(External Data tab of the ribbon.)
