Access 2007 Reports Changing when opening on different computers

Problem i am having is that i have a database that i build on one
computer and then i open it on another computer. When i open it on
the second computer, many of the allingments of the reports are off.
When i look at the page set up, the margins have changes from Inches
to millimeters. Any idea what is causing the problem?

Thanks

The report margins may be updating to the default printer's minimum margins.
It might not be the optimal approach if your report is using very narrow
margins, but I generally use 0.5" report margins and every printer in use by
myself or any of my clients is able to work with that setting. You could try
1" margins and see if it works correctly on both computers.

You said it changed from inches to mm. Did the margin actually change, or is
it the same value but listed in different units? If so, check the Access
options. There are settings for default margins, and default units.

Are both computers using the same Access version, with the same (hopefully
most recent) service pack and any appropriate post-sp hotfixes?

The different computers evidently have different default printers. Access must
get information such as the margins, units of measure, etc. from the printer
driver.
