Access 2007 help required

Hi
I am new to Access 2007, I am getting an eror message on saving the ACCESS
2007 TABLE after type change like " Micro Soft Access cant change the data
type - there is not enough disk space or memory" My system is having 2 gb
RAM and required HD memory too. I have only one table of 54mb from excel file
imported to Accesss 2007. I an highly greteful to any one for the help.
