Access 2007 - formula, expression builder help

Hi!

I need some help.

I want to create a formula (using expression builder or something else) who will separate the word id=276616652 lang=FR temp=80 in a new column (for each word)

Id=276616652&Lang=FR&Client=Diesel649&Temp=80

by the way, im using this in a log database
