Access 2007 Form with macros that apply filter

I have a form that displays all the info for an employee table. I have
buttons run macros (apply filter macros based on queries). There is a button
for finding by employee name, a button for finding by employee id, a button
for finding by manager, a button for finding by hire date, etc. etc. The
first time I click a button the dialog box pops up and asks for the criteria
(example name). After I have found it, I want to click on a different button
and find all the employees with different critieria (example all employees
who work for a praticular manager). In Access 2003 this works perfectly. In
Access 2007 it only works when I click the first button. Every button after
that the pop up does not work, nothing shows up on the form.

Any suggestions?
 
I've tried everything but the macro buttons still won't work even thouhg the
database is in a trusted location. I read somewhere that Access 2007 has
issues with ApplyFilters but don'r remember where the article was.
