Access 2007 differences

Hi

Well, the dopey client has gone and bought Access 2007 instead of
2003. I have put a trial version on a Virtual PC to try & test the
database I have just built for him. Well, the new interface looks
awful. All the menus have gone and meaningless symbols have been put
in their place.

Anyway, my first question. I have a report open in Preview. Where is
the Close button gone?

Try Close Print Preview, normally a red type button, towards the middle near
the top.

When I first used this I couldn't even work out how to print! Apparently
confusing your customer comes under the heading of Improvement!

Make sure you have Service Pack 1 for Access 2007.

The print preview menu is supposed to have a big Close button on it, but it
did not reliably have it in the original release. From memory, I think this
was one of the many and crucial things fixed in SP1.
