J J Speed Feb 5, 2005 #1 Does anyone know what the maximum number of records an Access Table can hold (NOT SQL)?
J JudithJubilee Feb 5, 2005 #2 Hello there, There is no actual maximum records. It all about the size of the whole table. In Access 2000 it was 1 kilobyte in 2003 I believe it's now 2. If you type in "Specifications" or "Limits" into the Help it will give you a list of every limit, eg. Characters in fields, etc. Hope this helps Judith
