Access 2003 Report: Page Footer has data from next record

Have been running a report in Access 2000 successfully for
two years. Now under Access 2003 the data in the Page
Footer is from the next record in the report. Is this a
known problem (I could not find any reference to it) ?
 
Unlike the Detail section or group header/footer sections, the page header /
footer has no particular record associated with it. It fires when the page
is full. Whether Access is then looking at the last record that fitted on
the page or the record it was unable to fit on the page is undefined.
