Access 2003 Error Message re MSJETSQL.TLB version 3.0

I've recently upgraded from Access 2000 on Windows 98 to Access 2003 on
Windows XP and have converted my databases to the new format. One of the
databases (not the others) gives the following error message when I open it:

"Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing or
broken reference to the file 'MSJETSQL.TLB' version 3.0.

*To ensure that your database or project works properly, you must fix this
reference."

Can anybody advise what I need to do to rectify this error?
