Access 2003 compatibilty with Access 2000 and 2002

I create and modify simple small databases using MS Access. If I install
Office 2003 on my system, will users that are still using Access 2000 and
2002 have any issues?

By default, Access 2003 (and 2002, for that matter) use the same file format
as Access 2000.

The only way you should run into problems would be if you started using
features that were only introduced in the newer version(s) of Access.
