As a developer I have no issues with using multiple versions of Access.
However I would like to create
software that relies on the Access 2007 runtime and make it so it can be
installed on anyone's computer.
Most people expect software installations to not interfere with existing
software they have installed.
I have hopes that I can use Access and the runtime for 2007 to make
software. I don't want to switch to .net (much more time needed to make the
same application).
Hopefully Access 2010 and Access2007 will get along nicely at least so if I
switch to Access 2010 in a year or two it won't affect customers using
Access2007.
Hopefully in December I'll have time to try out Sagekey's product and I
already promised them I would write some kind of article about it in
exchange for a $100 discount off the product.
