access 2002

Has anyone ahd a problem when access 2002 opens a
database with a switchboard and the it is not visible? If
you minimize the app and then maximize it, it is ok. I am
seeing this with 4-5 different applications
 
Are you actually opening another database here, or was this an OpenTable or
OpenForm?

If you OpenForm when it is already open, it may not receive focus.

Does it make any difference if you uncheck the box under:
Tools | Options | View | Windows in taskbar

Choose About from the Help menu. If you do not see "SP-2" beside Access
2002, go to support.microsoft.com and download the service pack.
