Access 2000

I have a database that was saved by mistake as a .mde
file, all of the create new options have been turned off
along with the toolbars and menu bars. When I open the
database the swithboard opens but the F11 key does not
open the database window. When click on any of the buttons
on the switchboard, I get the following error
message "there was an error executing the command".

Please help
 
If you can't find the original MDB, you're out of luck. There's no way to
convert an MDE back to an MDB.
