When you set user-level security to the database create a shortcut on the
user's machine that they can click that will point them to the specific
workgroup created. This would enable other databases to use the standard
System.mdw file.
The shortcut I believe is: path to Access" /wrkgrp path then Path to
database I think that is the correct order. I'm doing this from memory.
