Nowhere, as far as I know... Microsoft is not marketing Access 2000 any
more. There have been three versions after Access 2000. I believe you can
download a trial version of Access 2007 from http://office.microsoft.com
(that may be a trial verson of the whole Office 2007 Pro, however, not just
Access).
