Access 2000 Export truncates to Excel 97-2000

All:
This is an old topic, but no fix as far as I know. I don't think a 255
char count in a text box is the issue. Still truncating text if the
count is nearer 80. Same issue if the count is >>255
What do I need to do in my Access report to export data to an Excel
2000 spreadsheet?

It is in fact a 255 character count issue. No truncation is count <
255. My error.
Suggestions?
