If you are in need of a form that 'acts' like a calendar where you can enter information, try this

Download CalendarDB and CalendarLV, unzip, and convert to your version if necessary.

You may be able to study these examples and arrive at a solution. You could even try contacting the
author to see if he could provide additional help.

Finally!!! After searching the newsgroups all week the CalendarDB and
CalendarLV databases look just like what I have been wanting for a new app I
have to create for a group of people to record their daily itinerary in a
calendar in Access. Being a novice programmer I just hope now I can
understand how it works to modify to my needs. Big thanks!!!

the author may be able to give some guidance.
