access 2000 built in function Help or documentation

I would like to read the specifics of the builtin functions that are
available for expression building within Access 2000, but can only find a
very few examples and limited discussion within the Help system. Can
someone lead me by the hand to where there is a comprehensive set of specs
for them, either in Help or elsewhere? I may be missing it, but I've tried
multiple ways of searching and come up with nothing on, for instance,
STRCONV.

Open any module (even a blank one) and access Help from there.
