Access 2000 -2003 compatible?

I am doing a small db for my guitar teacher for his students.
I have Access 2000, he has the 2003.
it was easy to convert a 97 to a 2000. is this the same with 2k to 2003 ?
 
In actual fact, the default file format for Access 2003 (and for Access
2002, for that matter) is the Access 2000 file format, so you don't really
need to do anything.
