Accepting Reoccurring Appointments

Hi - when I send a reoccurring appointment to a co-worker, is there a way to
get out of having to "Accept" the appointment each and everytime it occurs?
In GroupWise, we were able to "Accept" once and that was it. Please help!

What you are describing is not the norm. When an appointment is sent (with
or without recurrences), you should only have to accept/decline once.
