accepting email from an address

I am new to Outlook Express and I want to make sure I can accept email from
one particular address. How can I make sure that the emails from that person
are not blocked in my Outlook Express?
 
You might be better off asking this question in one of the Outlook
Express groups like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general -or-
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

that didn't help much. Now I can't configure the newsgroups on outlook
express. Thanks anyway.
 
I think clicking on the link(s) should automatically configure it for
the newsreader you use. There is also a web interface somewhere, but I
have never used it, so I don't know where exactly it is.
