Accept changes

I want to accept all the changes made in a word document, but I need the
change bar to appear in the margin in the printed version. I've tried
several options, changing colors, etc. without accepting changes, but deleted
text shows as big spaces.

If you have Word 2003, you can set the formatting of insertions to None and
deletions to Hidden, leaving only the change bars. In Word 2002, this will
require a macro/Registry edit.
