Accelerators Not Working in O2003 Forms

I created a new contact form. Added the "&" so I can create an
accelerator using the Alt key, but they don't seem to work. I tried
using the "&" on the label, field and both. When I open the forms
that came within O2003, the accelerators on those forms do work. Is
there a setting that I am missing?

& on the label field is correct, for those controls that don't have a caption, but you also need to make sure that the tab order is right. The desired text box or other control needs to come right after the label control. Also make sure you don't have duplicate accelerators.
