ACC2007: Where do you set the name that shows up in the add-in manager?

We are upgrading our add-in's from from ACC2000 to ACC2007. We can't
find the property that ACC2007 uses to determine the name that shows
up in the add-in manager. The name that is displayed in the list of
add-ins is set in the usysreginfo table (many thanks to Stuart for
helping us with that one). But the name that is displyed in the add-
in manager used to be in the Database Properties in ACC2000 but we
can't seem to find the equivalent in ACC2007.

We have tried the Access Options | Application Title. That doesn't do
it.

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button (upper left corner)
2. Click Manage button
3. Slide over and click Database Properties on right side.
