AC2007 Navigation Pane

I'm trying to find the best way to put my forms in the Custom
Navigation Pane but I'm having some quandaries.
I've copied and pasted relevant forms to the Custom Pane.
But, whenever I need to make changes to the form I need to
re-copy and paste it because the link or copy, for lack of a better term,
doesn't reflect the changes made to the original form.
Also the copies remain in the Objects Pane making more
objects to sift through.
Is there a better way?? Am I doing this properly?

I understand now. I was confusing the Unassigned Objects with
Objects Pane.
