Abrir anexos

Estou a utilizar o Outlook 2003, e por vezes recebo mails com anexos que não
consigo abrir. Como poderei abri-los?
 
I am correct to understand that you try to open attachments from a received
e-mail? (my Portugese really isn't that good, so I could be wrong ;-)

What kind of attachments are these?
