About Windows Logon Screen

I want use some pictures to change the standard logon screen, which file
shoud i modify?
I just mean that i want make a image with other pictures, can i finish it in
the TD? Or should i modify the resource files after build, then FBA?
If i should modify after FAB, which files should i modify?
msgina.dll,ntoskrnl.exe, logonui.exe these three?

AFAIK modifying binaries prohibited by licence... All you can do legally is turn off startup progress graphical screen and logon/logoff status messages.

Hi,
I'm able to turn off the startup screen but I have still the logon/off
messages. How can I disable these messages?

You can do this with group policy or by modifying registry directly.

Group Policy:
Name: "Disable Boot / Shutdown / Logon / Logoff status messages"
Path: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System

Corresponding registry entry:
Name: "DisableStatusMessages"
Path: (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System)
