Right, but I mean you shouldn't think you're making an investment in a
case and power supply that you can use forever.
 
I appreciate you posing this question. Multiple people will be using
the computer and I want to have a different log in for each so that
they can have their settings personalized.

I believe you can do that with XP Home.
