about the new database

sir,

i have 6 tables in my application whenever i click the new database from the
menu option then the 6 tables have to be created with empty data as a
seperate file or any other way please guide me the solution with coding.
 
Gaffar,

The least you should in my opinion tell is what kind of database to get an
answer on this question.
