about newsgroup synchronization

I use Outlook Express 6 to subscibe the newsgroup.
How do I set it to let it auto-synchronize every 5 minutes.

You don't really get to pick the update time with OE6. It does it whenever
it decides it wants to. If you change the General option for checking for
new messages, that might help speed up rechecking.
