about MSAS issue VB runtime

i saw this on xp newsgroup and wondering if Microsoft
Antispyware already fix this problem on refresh version
or will be fix in beta 2 since most people have Symantec
application installed on there computer,

(It has been observed in the MSAS newsgroup that
installing the VB6 runtime package *can* improve MSAS'
performance due to other software (re: Symantec)
installing different VB runtime files, This mostly
affects the issue of missing Agents.)
 
Performance isn't quite the right terminology here. Certain features of the
program are missing completely in the situation of mismatched VB runtime
files.

My bet is that beta2 will take care of this issue.
