Frontpage 97 upgraded to 98
Windows 98 Second Edition

After installing the Frontpage 98 for a long time, it runs smoothly. The
FrontPage server (Not PWS) opens itself after I click the Frontpage 98
shortcut.

Suddenly, these days, the FPS doesn't respond after I open the FrontPage.
The program said I don't have a server. So, I need to open the FPS first
then open the FrontPage, it works.

Can you help to make the the FPS automatically be opened while I open the
FP?

Do I need to reinstall the FrontPage?

Many thanx!

Do you have a firewall running or other virus scanner? If so, try disabling
them temporarily to see if that enables you to connect. Sometimes they will
block access to the local web server.

Hope this helps,

I tried to shut it down, software firewall, but it doesn't work still.

I suspect that one string in the registry was editted by a Anti-Spyware
software, can you help?

Many thanx!
